China and Switzerland will make full use of the advantages in the field of cylindrical battery precision safety structural parts, help Lihua power to develop battery products with high energy density, long cycle life, high rate performance and safety, including but not limited to projects within the scope of cooperation, in terms of cost, quality, provide the highest priority support in terms of technical support and after-sales service. Cooperation methods may include but are not limited to market access and expansion strategies, cooperation in customized product solutions, joint product development, industry channels and resource sharing, joint brand promotion, technical guidance and training, and joint venture to build a factory. The term of the agreement is valid for 3 years from the date of signing. If the agreement expires, if there is no objection between the two parties, the validity of the agreement will be automatically postponed.
