Their "first battery" is a 14.4V/2.0Ah battery pack customized for an electric tool brand-the customer's requirements are not high, "it is OK to use it, and the price is cheap". However, the team that gathered energy and new energy invested more efforts than expected on this battery: cell selected from first-line brands, repeated debugging of welding parameters, and doubled the test cycle. After receiving the samples, the customer was surprised that the quality exceeded expectations and signed the annual framework agreement on the spot.

2016-2018: the leap from tool batteries to industrial batteries. The success of the electric tool market made the new energy source get the first bucket of gold, but the team was not satisfied with the comfort zone. They found that the demand for batteries in the industrial AGV market is more complex and stringent, but the profits are higher and the stickiness is stronger. Therefore, we invested all the profits to develop the AGV Battery, from 24V to 48V, from 25Ah to 100Ah, and gradually built the product matrix of the industrial battery. An auto parts factory has become the first industrial customer and is still a strategic partner for gathering energy and new energy.

2019-2021: from the domestic market to the global market. The competition in the domestic market is becoming increasingly fierce, and new energy sources are looking overseas. However, going to sea is not a simple product export, but a systematic project of standard adaptation, certification acquisition and service network construction. In two years, the team completed core certifications such as UL, CE and UN 38.3, set up service centers in Europe, and set up front positions in North America. The first overseas customer is an AmericanGolf cart brand, the order is not big, but it opens the door to globalization.

2022-2024: upgrade from a single product to a system solution. Customers are no longer satisfied with "buying batteries", but need "energy systems". In response to this change, energy gathering new energy has evolved from PACK integrators to system solution providers-providing customers with a full set of services such as BMS customization, thermal management design, communication protocol development, and cloud platform docking. The project of a German energy storage system integrator enables juanneng new energy to participate in the joint development of household optical storage all-in-one machines for the first time, winning the Red Dot Design Award and significantly improving the brand premium.

2025: transformation from industry followers to standard influencers. New energy sources began to participate in the revision of IEC international standards and CEN European standards, moving from "rule followers" to "rule influencers". At the same time, advanced technologies such as solid-state batteries and sodium ion batteries have been invested for plus-sized, which will reserve the capacity for the next decade.
