Since the 14th Five-Year Plan, the National Energy Administration has thoroughly implemented the decision-making department of the Party Central Committee and the State Council.To strengthen planning guidance, improve policy mechanisms, and promote the development of pumped storage and new energy storage to enter a new stage and achieve new results. On strengthening the development and construction of pumped storage. We will scientifically demonstrate the necessity of project construction with provincial energy authorities, arrange large and medium-sized pumped storage power stations according to local conditions, protect the resources of pumped storage stations and strengthen the reserve of advantageous resources.
