On September 10, Sichuan Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology announced the cultivation list of advanced manufacturing clusters (the first batch) in Sichuan province. The list includes Yibin, Sichuan province. Power Battery industrial cluster, Chengde meisui lithium battery material industrial cluster, Panxi vanadium titanium new material advanced manufacturing cluster.

municipal (state) departments in charge of Economy and Informatization (including departments in charge of relevant functions in the field of economy and informatization):

according to the measures for the cultivation and management of advanced manufacturing clusters in Sichuan province (provisional) (Sichuan Jingxin planning [2024] No. 90) and notice of the office of Sichuan Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology on organizing the evaluation and defense of Sichuan advanced manufacturing cluster competition in 2024 (Sichuan Economic Information Office letter [2024] No. 159), by city (state) voluntary declaration, our office organized review and defense, on-site verification and publicity according to procedures, and determined that 17 clusters such as Chengdu artificial intelligence industrial cluster were the cultivation objects of Sichuan advanced manufacturing cluster (the first batch), the list is hereby published (see attachment for details).
