I, system architecture

1, battery pack

cell Configuration: 15 strings of lithium iron phosphate battery (15S1P), total capacity 50Ah, nominal voltage 48V (working range 37.5V-54V).

BMS (battery management system)

functions: overcharge/overdischarge protection, temperature monitoring, short circuit protection, and balance management (15 strings of balance are supported).

Discharge current: lasts for 50A (supports twice the peak value).

Charging Management: Support 48V constant current and constant voltage charging (optional solar/mains charging interface).

2. Inverter Module

parameters: pure sine wave output 220V AC, power 1-3KW user yes select.

Efficiency: ≥ 90% (input current is about 75A @ 48V at 3KW load).

Protection function: Overload, overheating, short circuit protection.

3. DC-DC conversion module

48V output: Direct connected battery + step-up voltage regulator (37.5V-54V & rarr;48V ± 1%), maximum current 30A.  

12V output: Buck step-down module (48V & rarr;12V), maximum current 20A(240W).

Fast Charge module: supports protocols such as PD3.0, QC4 +, and Huawei SCP, with dual USB-C ports (up to 100W,20V/5A).

4. Control and interaction

display panel: LCD screen (Power%, input/output power, fault code).

Communication Interface: Bluetooth/Wi-Fi(APP remote monitoring/control).

II, key design details

1. Thermal Management

independent cooling duct design, inverter and DC-DC module equipped with temperature control fan.

Aluminum alloy shell auxiliary heat dissipation, internal temperature sensor linkage load reduction protection.

2. Structural design

IP65 protection level, ABS + AL5052, or metal shell + flame retardant lining.

Interface Layout:

front side: USB fast charging port, 12V cigarette lighterDevice, LCD screen.

Rear side: AC output socket (2 sets), 48V Anderson interface, charging input port.
