Power lithium battery pack as the key energy storage equipment in electric vehicles, energy storage systems and other fields, its performance has an important impact on the stability and performance of the whole system. In actual use, the power lithium battery pack may be discretized, that is, the performance difference between different battery cells is large. This paper will analyze the discretization phenomenon of dynamic lithium battery pack and its influencing factors.

III. Measures to deal with discretization of dynamic lithium battery pack

  1. optimize Manufacturing Process: strengthen the control and optimization of power lithium battery pack manufacturing process, improve the consistency and stability of battery cells, and reduce the occurrence of discretization.

  2. Improve battery management system: adopt advanced battery management system (BMS) to realize dynamic monitoring and management of battery pack, discover and deal with discrete battery cells in time, ensure the performance stability of the entire system.

  3. Strengthen environmental monitoring and control: strengthen the monitoring and control of temperature, humidity, vibration and other factors in the use environment of power lithium battery pack to reduce the impact of environmental factors on the performance of battery cells.

  4. Optimizing the cyclic charging and discharging strategy: reasonably design the cyclic charging and discharging strategy to reduce the cyclic attenuation of the battery monomer, prolong the service life of the battery pack and reduce the occurrence of discretization.
