The meeting conveyed and learned the assessment plan of chain length system of Baiyin industrial chain (trial), and the District Development and Reform Bureau reported the development of various industrial chain mechanism establishment, industrial map, and key project recruitment, etc, the comprehensive evaluation of the industrial chain in 2023 and the evaluation of each industrial chain in the first half of 2024 put forward work suggestions on the acceleration of key projects, the promotion of chain owners, and the breakthrough in attracting investment.

We should actively cultivate strong and prosperous industries, focusing on new energy, bio-medicine and other emerging industries, accelerate the promotion of silver high energy storage 8GW lithium iron phosphate battery, lingchu Yuneng northwest intelligent manufacturing base and other projects construction. We should strengthen financing innovation, take advantageous industries as the breakthrough point, deepen the docking and cooperation with central enterprises and state-owned enterprises, and introduce a number of new "chain owners" enterprises and core supporting enterprises, let more large projects with fast generation speed, high correlation degree, long industrial chain and remarkable driving benefits settle in Baiyin district.
