70% of the Main Project of the World's Largest Liquid Air Energy Storage Project Is Expected to Be Put into Production by the End of the Year.
On September 28, in Golmud city, Qinghai province, Haixi Mongol and Tibetan autonomous prefecture, the world's largest liquid air energy storage project is under intense construction. At present, the main project of the project has been completed 70% and is in the mechanical installation period, it is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of the year.
It is understood that this new energy storage project the construction scale is 60MW/600MWh, and 250000 kW photovoltaic is equipped. The Project adopts a new generation of liquid compressed air energy storage technology to store electric energy in the form of atmospheric pressure, low temperature and high density liquefied air, after being put into operation, it will become the world's first demonstration project of power generation and the world's largest energy storage scale in the field of liquid air energy storage.
