Our province actively supports the development and application of all-vanadium liquid flow technology. Dalian constant current energy storage power station is the first 100mw large-scale national demonstration project of electrochemical energy storage approved by the national energy administration, the project adopts all-vanadium redox flow battery energy storage technology independently developed by dalian institute of chemicals. In 2024, among the first batch of new energy storage power station projects laid out in our province, the 300 MW new energy storage demonstration project in Xiyang township, Wafangdian City also adopted all-vanadium redox flow battery technical route.

In the next step, our committee will continue to support the continuous technological upgrading of all-vanadium redox flow battery, optimize costs and reliability, further develop and expand under market conditions, and help Liaoning's green, low-carbon and high-quality development.

i. Suggestions on Accelerating the construction of new energy power system

in order to speed up the construction of new power system and open up space for clean energy development and absorption in northwest Liaoning, our province has focused on strengthening the power grid construction in new energy enrichment areas. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, 23 500 kV power transmission and transformation projects in our province were incorporated into the national "14th Five-Year Plan", among which 17 projects served the high-quality development of northwest Liaoning, with a total investment of 11.4 billion yuan.

Next, our province will accelerate the construction of a new power system with new energy as the main body. First, we will make every effort to push forward the work of implementing regulations for the transmission of liaodian and strive to make a breakthrough during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period. The construction of cross-regional power transmission channel plays an important role in expanding the development space of power supply in the province.
