When the project manager and project department members leave the site, they must perform written leave procedures with the tenderee, and they can leave the site only after party a agrees, if you do not perform the written leave procedures and leave the construction site without authorization, the construction unit will impose an economic penalty of 1,000 yuan each time and deduct it from the performance bond and project payment.
